Panini America 2013 Father's Day Baseball Studio (8)

Over the course of the next few weeks here on The Knight’s Lance, we’re going to treat you to a full-scale reveal of Panini America’s 2013 Father’s Day promotional set, but we’re going to do it a little differently than we’ve done it in the past. This time, we’re going to bring the previews to you sport-by-sport, beginning with a complete gallery of the set’s baseball content.

No matter what you’ve seen of our 2013 Father’s Day promotion so far, you’re guaranteed to see something completely new and exciting below. From must-have RCs of baseball’s top rookies and prospects to throwback inserts such as Studio, Team Pinnacle and Museum Collection, there’s a lot to like in this set. Below is a gallery of the complete base-card, RC and base-insert baseball lineup. Just wait until you see what kind of memorabilia and autograph inclusions we’ve got planned.

We’ll share that with you as soon as we have the finished cards. Right now, though, sit back and enjoy the baseball bounty we’ve assembled for the 2013 Panini America Father’s Day set — and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for a sneak peek at our football, hockey and basketball content in the coming days.

Very cool-can’t wait. Last year’s Black Friday packs were fantastic and this year’s Father’s Day packs could top them!!

Awesome, last question. Does the shop or Panini determine how packs will be distributed. I was hoping that a purchase of USA Champions would land me some father’s day packs.

Each shop will run a little different based on what Panini product they have in inventory or will be getting. It’s up to them to run the promotion the best way they see fit…

When is the list of shops going to be announced? I have none at all close to me so I am going to have to drive to get these! Also wondering how many packs need to be bought or how much in $ amt for every Father’s Day pack

How do you get to buy these Father’s Day packs? Besides ebay? Thank you for the preview!

These packs will be available at participating local hobby shops across the country. We’ll have a complete list of participating dealers posted soon.

Will locations be provided soon? I need to plan ahead for this as do many others I am sure with no LCS around

We’ll post the list ASAP. And we will have an online component at iCollectPanini.com again for those folks who don’t have a hobby shop near them.

    Tracy,

I had a conversation with my LCS owner about these the other day and he said his hands are tied so tightly that his options are to buy a few basketball products and take a considerable loss or have very few/no Father’s Day packs to distribute. He said the distributors were passing the buck onto you guys, so I guess to use a fairly famous baseball quote… “Say it ain’t so, [Tracy]. Say it ain’t so.”

While there is always iCollectPanini.com (I did this for Black Friday last year) I would always prefer to support my LCS as well as enjoy the commraderie with my fellow collectors and their kids and celebrate the hobby and fathers together.

    -Ryan
