Find the Hidden Panini America Knight for Chance to Win Spectacular Two-Box Prize

February 7, 2014

knight-time-main

It’s Friday here on The Knight’s Lance, which means there’s a good chance we’re going to give our loyal readers another opportunity to find it. “It,” of course, is a smaller, perhaps-somewhat-manipulated version of the Panini America knight that appears at the top of this post.

It’s been a busy last few weeks for Panini America and we’ve delivered a wealthy share of must-see galleries that have kept you up to date with everything we’ve been doing. Many of those galleries will serve as your visual playground for this edition of “Find It! Friday” as we continue the Panini America tradition of giving back to our loyal fans and collectors. Up for grabs this time: Boxes of 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey and 2013-14 Gold Standard Basketball for five lucky winners.

Somewhere in the linked galleries below, we’ve hidden four images of the Panini knight. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find the four images and tell us — AS A COMMENT TO THIS POST — where you found them.

We’ll wait to approve all comments until after the entry deadline — which is roughly 24 hours from right now (February 8, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. CST) – so your comment will appear to you as “pending moderation.” That’s our way of protecting your answers to this contest so that everyone else can’t see them. To be eligible to win, PLEASE KEEP THE ANSWERS TO YOURSELF until after the deadline. We want to reward those folks who’ve taken the time and effort to find the four hidden images.

We’ll place all correct entries into an online randomizer and award five winners with their very own boxes of 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey and 2013-14 Gold Standard Basketball. Just to be clear, here is the hidden image you’re looking for:

    I found 2 Knights, in:
Panini America 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey QC (81)
Panini America Super Bowl XLVIII Media Day 45
If the 2 times the Knight is visible on the Kid Reporter’s jacket were the other 2 answers, I’m going to kick myself for not submitting my entry.

As soon as Tracy has some free time to go thru all correct entries, the names will be entered into a randomizer & he will post the winners names here in the comments:-)… Just keep checking back here… It could be anywhere between an hour from now or a few days from now, depending on how busy they are there at Panini:-) But rest assured he will be posting them as soon as he can;-)

Lol I just magnified the picture to 500x, there is nothing there. I looked specifically where you said it was too. 1 of the 4 people who said they found it there just guessed (and I must add they also guessed it was on an Andre Drummond card). The other three were you, rookiegraphs, and Chris K (all three of you submitting the same entries and failing to find the one on the microphone in the Golden Tate picture). Interesting. lol.

I think some people might be seeing the red ‘blob’ on the flag in the 2? It doesn’t look like the knight to me though, rather a red mark in the whatever overlay texture has been out on the photo in that area of the card.

      • February 10, 2014 7:29 pm

Lol I do not have one on the flag in the gallery’s I’m looking at. I see some discoloration but no logo.. I wish I could see ur screen shot

      • February 10, 2014 7:43 pm

Lol:-) …. I’m glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t see anything on that flag other than what looks like a light reddish dirt spot:-) I looked like 10 times there to see if I saw anything lol

If you want to make sure you don’t miss it, feel free to click the “Notify me of follow-up comments via email.” button when you leave a reply. That way you’ll never miss a thing. Tracy can’t usually give a clear timetable for selecting winners because it takes time to sort through all the entries, and sometimes it depends on how busy they are at the office.
