Black Box Winners Announced!
In an effort to bring the feel-good hobby vibe of the 2011 Industry Summit to collectors at home, we conducted a contest earlier this week to award Black Boxes to five lucky Panini America video box busters.
The rules were simple: Go to your local hobby shop and purchase a hobby box of Panini America trading cards, video the break at the shop (and show your receipt for proof of purchase), post it to YouTube and post a link to the break on The Knight’s Lance.
The first five collectors to do that earned themselves a Summit-exclusive Black Box. Before we reveal the winners, we want to offer a sincere and hearty “thank you” to everyone who participated. Your videos were great and your expeditious support of your local card shops was tremendous. (Oh, and even if you weren’t one of the following five winners, know that everyone who participated and posted a video will win something.)

Actually I didn’t plan to buy another box this month, but for this contest it was a great pleasure and a good support for my LCS, who is the last one left in my hometown.

and an awesome football autograph of Drew Brees
I’m really not into football, but this autograph looks so great that I will keep it in my collection together with the Pierce 1/1 patch.
