Panini America Redemption Card Update: Magic, Kobe, Nash, Ovechkin and More

In an effort to keep collectors updated on the status of those Panini America redemption cards that are currently being processed, we’ll frequently post a list, like the one below, detailing the most recent cards being fulfilled.
The following list is by no means complete, but it does let collectors know which redemption cards from which products are being processed this week. We’ll update this list as frequently as possible as new redemptions are added.

Hi Tracy…was there anything you found out about the D.Stepan Certified Mirror Gold’s , Blues & Reds autos yet ? 1 more question for you, Since the new Zenith came out, there hasnt been 1 sighting of a D.Stepan “National Treasures” auto /99 anywhere…according to the Zenith checklist…he was suppose to autograph 99 of these babies, can you confirm that he signed or didnt sign…he’s turning out to be 1 of the hardest to fulfill his obligations with Panini…can you get to the bottom of Why/When to expect to get his most sought after Rookie autos ! I have every 1 of his RC’s…except for the ones i mentioned here, Thank You Tracy for anything you can find out, Joe R. (NYC)

Hi Tracy, Why does it take so long to get some cards redeemed that are already fulfilled by the player? I have a Matt Harvey auto redemption that I’ve redeemed and I know it’s fulfilled because I see the card selling on eBay. Yet it’s over a month and your fulfillment team still has yet to ship it out. I have other cards that I’ve asked for replacement (months ago) and still no replacement or acknowledgment of that request. I really don’t want to get on the phone and have to yell at someone to please do their job. I understand Panini gets thousands of requests and are trying to do their best but things like this makes me no longer want to buy your product. What can I do?

Once again, of my redemptions from last year none are being signed in favor of newer products. This time it is Deron Williams signing a Crown Royale Majestic from 2010-11 when I have had a redemption card for a 2009-10 Update /100 there for sometime. Now I know this all is a sham. Either Panini hates me so much they ignore my old requests to appease the more recent more expensive stuff. I am just getting madder and madder by the minute.
Interesting, now I know you don’t list the negative messages. I was wondering why no one complains here. It looks like you cherry pick your replies. What’s worse, is that you don’t have the guts to respond in earnest to me. Do you really think that all those redemptions is going to keep you afloat, it is just a matter of time before people see how hamstrung you are. I counted and average of 28 redemptions per Panini product. Want to know what Topps ratio was last year, 4. And Upper Deck, 7!!! You can see how good that worked out for UD. If you really want to make your collectors happy, you give an autograph that is above the one you have to replace after the 4 month period. I bet you will see alot of collectors choose the latter.

Where are the National Treasures Jonathan Dwyer RPA’s? It says y’all received them in the first May update. The person I talked to in customer service said that there were none left. Do I not get one now??? What is the real story on the Dwyer?

Hey Tracy i just bought a box of Luxury Suite Hockey and got a Rookie Groups 1 card 131 (Jordan Eberle) redemption and i tried a hundred times to put in the redemption code and it keeps saying that it doesnt exist? I ve never had this problem? Think u could please help me out. Thanks!

I was just wondering when these will be actually shipped out, specifically the Jumbo Prime Kobe auto. Also in January when my Dirk Auto Box Topper was taking a while Panini said they would send a comparable replacement that same month. Never got the replacement, never heard back about the box topper. Again, in January I was told a similar value replacement was going to be sent out. It is now July who can I contact?
BTW it says 10-11 Crown Royale basketball instead of 09-10, could you give me an estimate on the recieving time on the Jalen Rose Majestic auto. Also, will it appear as closed even if it says 10-11 instead of 09-10 on my open requests???
Obviously its supposed to be 09-10 Crown Royale…will this effect me getting my Jaen Rose Majestic auto???

Yea, it seems as though everyoine is waiting on Stepan to start signing! Its crazy trying to be such a huge fan of his and collecting ALL of his rc/autos, and then having to wait FOREVER for a redemption card to come in! Tracy, any word yet on weither or not Stepan plans on signing anything anytime soon!!

Just curious how the process of filling the redemptions work? I’m waiting on the Kobe Jumbo Prime Signature which is on this list but haven’t gotten the card or notified of any updates. Information would be much appreciated. Thank you
