Panini America Makes Its Mark During 2012 Induction Weekend at Pro Football Hall
CANTON, Ohio — During a weekend when most football collectors were focused intently on the 2012 National Sports Collectors Convention in Baltimore, scores of other football fans turned their attention to Induction Weekend festivities at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The one constant at both? Panini America, the Hall’s official and exclusive trading card manufacturer. Indeed, while many company officials were busy helping Panini America steal the show in Baltimore, others were making similar positive impressions all weekend long in Canton, Ohio.
In addition to producing and distributing a commemorative five-card set honoring the Class of 2012 (Curtis Martin, Cortez Kennedy, Chris Doleman, Dermontti Dawson and Jack Butler), Panini America also engaged Canton’s passionate pigskin patrons with free 2012 NFL Sticker Albums and special sticker sheets devoted to this year’s inductees.
In addition, Panini America was the presenting sponsor of all enshrinement weekend autograph sessions, which were authenticated by Panini Authentic.
