Panini America On Location from 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame Induction Weekend

August 3, 2013

Pro FB Hall of Fame Day 1 (76)

CANTON, Ohio — Walking into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Museum in Canton, Ohio, for the first time is an awe-inspiring experience. Panini America officials were on-hand for the kickoff to the 50th Anniversary Enshrinement festivities and celebration Friday.

In what’s been viewed and discussed as one of the deepest Hall of Fame classes in years, this afternoon seven legends worthy of induction for their contributions will don the famed and hallowed gold jacket and take center stage for the 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony.  Most of the men on this list need no introduction, as their legacies on the field speak for itself. This year’s class includes Larry Allen, Cris Carter, Curley Culp, Jonathan Ogden , Bill Parcells, Dave Robinson, and Warren Sapp.

Later this afternoon, the Panini America Hall of Fame Grand Prize Winner Steven Keen and his son Aaron will embark upon their own Hall of Fame experiences with a fast-paced and memorable schedule. Also joining in the festivities is the Gridiron Football Hall of Fame Contest Winner, Derek Ashley and his guest, Thomas Konechne. Here’s a snapshot of their enviable and fun weekend at the Hall of Fame:

  • Saturday: Hall of Fame Parade
  • Saturday: Hall of Fame Pre-Enshrinement Buffet
  • Saturday: Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony ( Televised Live on ESPN/NFL Network at 7 PM EST)
  • Sunday: Enshrinee Gameday Roundtable
  • Sunday: Tailgate Party
  • Sunday: NFL Hall of Fame Game (Cowboys vs. Dolphins, NBC, 8 PM EST)

We’ve put together a stunning gallery of Hall of Fame proportions for you to enjoy below. Make sure to leave your comments for a chance to win a commemorative set of Panini America Pro Football Hall of Fame trading cards honoring the 2013 enshrinement class.

Awesome for Cris! I hope Andre Reed follows soon. That looks like a lot of fun for the Grand Prize winner.

Where did the jumbo autographs in the bottom of the case come from?

I went to the HOF for the first time in 2004 when my favorite player Barry Sanders got inducted. It was truly one of the most memorable trips of my life. The atmosphere there is like no other for a football fan. I was also able to shake Barry’s hand so that was a great moment. Some of my favorite collectibles are from that trip and I am always drawn to any cards that are HOF related! Thanks for posting pics!

Was at your Guy’s booth yesterday. You guy’s had some really good give aways, cards, 8×10’s, and I love your Tribute to the HAll of Fame Classes card sets.
