Panini America’s fabled Prime Cuts Baseball franchise is on the verge of another trip around the collecting universe . . . and when the high-end home run of a release arrives in hobby shops across North America on Wednesday, it will do so steeped in the sublime, history-soaked greatness of its predecessors. 2016 Prime Cuts Baseball is bolstered by an every-card-is-a-hit blueprint that places premiums on ink and memorabilia from the game’s greatest legends and its brightest current stars.

Last week, the Panini America Baseball Product Development team spent some quality time with the product during packout. The following must-see imagery was captured during the process. Each five-card box of 2016 Prime Cuts Baseball delivers five autograph or memorabilia cards. In the Quality Control Gallery that follows, you’ll find that the product also features a solid roster of booklet cards and cut autographs.

Enjoy the imagery and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for continued coverage.

These just do not look very good. They look boring and bland.

So many impressive cards in this gallery, from the cut signatures to the prime relics this set lives up to it’s billing. Thanks Tracy!
