Panini America Provides Detailed First Look at 2018 National Treasures Football

Regardless of sport and regardless of year, Panini America’s juggernaut National Treasures Football franchise is one of the most anticipated sports trading card releases every season. But when it’s honoring a rookie class that’s as spectacular and as stacked as 2018’s, as well as some of the biggest current stars and all-time legends, well, you’ve got the makings of a truly legendary product. Set to arrive in hobby shops across North America in mid-March, 2018 National Treasures Football will deliver, on average, six autograph or memorabilia cards, one base card and one parallel in each hobby box (eight cards per box, four boxes per case).

Once again this season, National Treasures Football will be loaded with high-end content, including on-card autographs, oversized patches and sublime booklets featuring the best current and retired players in the game. The magnificent and multi-autograph Treasure Chest Signatures Booklets return featuring 12 autographs and limited to just five copies.

Additional highlights of 2018 National Treasures Football are many and include . . .

  • Landmark Rookie Patch Autographs featuring on-card autographs and oversized patches all numbered to 99 or less.
  • Rare cut autographs from some of the most recognizable and legendary names in NFL history.
  • New for 2018 is the Top 100 Collection highlighting the top 100 current players in the NFL as voted on by a panel of experts at Panini America. Find rare autographs versions of several of the players included in the countdown.
  • A 100-card base set that includes both current and retired stars numbered to 99. Parallels include Purple (numbered to 75), Jersey Number Red (numbered to 99 or less), Holo Silver (numbered to 25), Gold (numbered to 10), Emerald (numbered to five) and Platinum 1/1 versions.
  • The vaunted Colossal Signatures autographed memorabilia insert returns numbered to 49 or less and featuring Prime (numbered to 25 or less), Brand Logo (numbered to two), and Laundry Tag and NFL Shield 1/1 parallel versions.
  • Rookie Jumbo Prime Signature Booklets are back (numbered to 99 or less) and feature rare parallels such as Laundry Tag, Brand Logo, NFL Shield and Nameplate variations.
