National Treasures release day, in any sport, has become something of a national hobby holiday in recent years as the entire collecting community it seems fixes its gaze on the many breaks offered by one of the industry’s favorite high-end brands. Today, that is a decided hoops holiday as hobby shop owners, collectors and breakers across the globe have welcomed 2013-14 National Treasures Basketball to the marketplace with open arms.
We’re certainly not immune to that unrivaled excitement inside Panini America HQ. We’re just as giddy and filled with anticipation as everyone else. We can’t wait to see what everyone’s pulling. This morning, we got the opportunity to pull a few beautiesrip two early boxes of 2013-14 National Treasures Basketball for the purposes of this Teaser Gallery, which takes you card by card through the experience.
Enjoy the gallery and good luck with your own National Treasures experiences. Here’s betting we’ll find a way to get some of the cards we pulled for this break into the hands of lucky collectors soon. Stay tuned.
Will you guys be posting on the blog again like you did last year with the complete Printing Plate 1/1 Checklist??
Nice Robinson! I wouldn’t mind to have a chance to win that card!
Very nice, a million times better than my Preferred break.
WOw! What a great break! That Dwight Howard patch /10 is totally sick! I am a huge DH player collector and would love to have that one for my PC!
Reblogged this on Locating Frankenstein's Brain.
Couple of nice boxes right there.
What a gorgeous product. Love the Larkin and fellow deadhead Walton. Excellent job.
Oh, you didn’t pull any Iverson autos? Hopefully some of the people who ordered this product in the hopes of pulling some will have more luck….
what does ‘gold proof’ mean, does the same card exist without the ‘proof’ on it?
Looks amazing as always!
Tracy,
Will youmguys do any contest to win the George Hill Auto and/or Roy Hibbert dual jersey cards?
Thanks and looks great.
T
Not sure if those boxes delivered enough considering the high cost of the product. Hopefully subsequent boxes have bigger hits. At least give us a few multi-color patches…
If you guys at Panini are looking to move the Ceballos printing plate, I’d be interested, consider it a show of a nice gesture for the 2 year wait I’ve had on a redemption 😉
Yes!!! Panini Give away the hits!
Good luck everyone!
Its been fun tracking those who gets what.
It’s something we are connected on.
Kudos to team Panini America.
Congrats on selling or the product! Hope Immaculate has a better roi for the consumer because nt has been economically painful.
Impressive breaks, that David Robinson is definitely a big highlight. Thanks Tracy!
