Panini has the coolest looking cards to me, much better than the competition in my opinion.
Can you explain how the redemption process works and how quickly (or slowly) to expect replacements or at a minimum the status of the redemptions. I would assume damaged cards are different than redemptions and would like both explained since customer service is non-responsive.

Why is there no information on the print run for the Pen Pals Autographs out of National Treasures? I would love to know how many of these sweet cards exist!
For those of my generation, Panini is probably remembered best as that company that gave us a reason to beg our parents for some extra stickers to fill our albums back in the 1980’s. It’s interesting to notice the bigger presence it does have over in Europe, especially in the comics industry I sorta wish we had over here. It would be nice if Panini America would consider that sometime in the future, but with the way the comic book industry is over here, it’s hard to say if it will ever get back to where I want it to be, but it’s sad thinking kids aren’t really into what I once had 30 years ago.

What do I do if a redemption card has been labelled as shipped and I haven’t received it in almost 3 weeks. I’ve received all other redemptions that were shipped on that day, but this one I believe might be lost in the mail. I have been DYING to get a Reggie White auto and when I saw this I figured it was well worth the $10 to try and find out if it’s real. The “auto” goes well under the GU window and there appears to be no tampering. Just thought I’d ask. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi i was wondering on the 2011-12 Score Hockey cards the ones that are high glossy cards i got one thats a glossy card but doesn’t say it on the back is that a printing mistake or is that a catagory on its own thanks for any info would be appreciated love your cards saving up for a box of luxery suite;)

i brought a blaster pack of score and i pulled a sidney crosby NHL shield card and the points on the shield are chopped off-looks like it was packaged that way since there are creases and imprints from the seal at the end of the package

Hey Tracy I just wanna say that if it wasnt for Panini and u guys life for me would be bitter! Last year I got into a bad car accident were i broke both of my feet and arm! I have a metal plate and screws in my right foot and wrist and a mtal rod in my left leg! So last year for 6 Months i was bed ridden and in a wheelchair! It was the toughest thing that i ever had to do in my life!!! I can walk with a cain now but no longer can work!So it can get tough at times! So most of my days now i spend my time watching ESPN ,sports and,collecting sports cards! Thanks for putting a smile back on my face and something to look forward to !!! 🙂

it usually means the 7th card in the 9 player set
Hi,I notice all the rookie black Friday ryan nugent Hopkins auto cards have a blue/white jersey-I did seen 5-6-7-1-10/10 all blue I have a red/white one 8/10 which I believe is the only one out there with a red/white jersey auto–has anyone else seen a red/white one besides #8/10?

How long on redemptions. I don’t see a change on status since October
Just wanted to give a shout out to the Blez Bros Breaking Room on here as they do a fantastic job promoting your products. They are truly a Selfless group that exemplifies Remarakable Customer Service. And they praise Panini quite often for the high standard of Hobby Cards they produce. They give away free teams every single break and hold an event call “BAD” (Blez Appreciation Day) in which they literally gave away the most valuable team in every single break for 24 hours straight. And on top of that, gave away many free cases of product due to bounties being hit. I truly hope Panini recognizes these guys as it will be breakers like this that continue to keep Panini the most prestigious brand in hobby card collecting. Too many of thier customers, we see them as more then just our favorite breakers, but good friends also.
How would I know how much basketball cards are worth?? And do you all purchase basketball cards from customers??
You can check out a pricing resource such as Beckett, scour a site like eBay to look at completed sales or consult the folks in your local hobby shop. As for buying cards from our customers, that’s typically not something we do. But you never know when the next BuyBack program will be needed.
