Seeing Green: Panini America Drops Special Insert in 2013 Industry Summit Black Boxes
The palpable buzz surrounding the upcoming release of 2012-13 Select Basketball is sure to intensify considerably beginning next Tuesday during the 2013 Industry Summit, when Panini America officials distribute their trademark Black Boxes to conclude a Summit-wide corporate address. Indeed, in addition to randomly inserted 1/1 autograph or memorabilia masterpiece inserted into each box, company officials have also included a little something more.
Every Panini America Black Box distributed next week will include a special five-card preview pack of 2012-13 Select Basketball utilizing a Summit-exclusive Green Prizm design available nowhere else. Each five-card pack will include a random assortment of Hot Rookies, Hot Stars and base cards numbered to as low as 10.
To be sure, the emerald-tinted preview cards shed a positive light on the stacked potential of the Select release and validate all of the pre-release hype. We provide a quick gallery of the cards in the gallery below.

Great job adding value to an already loaded item, it would be nice to hear from the receipients of these boxes as to what exactly they plan to do with them. I’d like to hear stories of shop owners getting them into the hands of the customers in all kinds of creative ways, sealed or open. Thanks Tracy and Scott!
Been waiting on these, they look amazing! I only buy a few boxes a year, but this will DEFINITELY be one of them, it just looks to good.
WOWWWW… these could seriously be the nicest NBA cards Panini has made to date!! And I thought the original Prizm greens were beautiful… these are even nicer!

You guys just do such an awesome job with these promotions. You usually leave me speechless with drool. Wished I could be apart of more of them but hopefully I can at least be apart of the Fathers Day one again.
