It’s Official: Panini Provides 348 Reasons to Collect Copa America Argentina 2011

June 1, 2011

The calendar hitting June today signified one thing and one thing only for the most passionate soccer fans on the planet: We’re now exactly one month away from the official start of Copa America Argentina 2011.

Much like the FIFA World Cup, Copa America takes place every four years and is undeniably one of the most popular sporting events in the world. Also much like the FIFA World Cup, Copa America has an officially licensed Sticker & Album collection from Panini enthralling the masses.

The official Panini Copa America Argentina 2011 Sticker & Album Collection offers 324 collectible Glossy stickers and 24 Glitter stickers honoring the greatest players participating in South America’s greatest soccer tournament — and a full-color 48-page album to put them in.

With five-sticker packets carrying a $1 SRP and albums carrying a $2 SRP, the collection provides the most cost-effective and entertaining way imaginable to follow along with the likes of international superstars Lionel Messi (Argentina), Julio Cesar (Brazil) and Javier Zanetti (Argentina) to name three.

Start, continue or complete your collection today by ordering at the Panini Online Store.

Sticker albums are good and all but what about us adult soccer collectors?

How about releasing a Copa America or even better World Cup collection with GU & AU cards of the best players around, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, “Chicharito” Hernandez, etc. A set like that would have massive potential and you guys already have the license for both of those tournaments. Make it happen please!

Panini those photos are the same of the stiker album from the world cup south africa 2010… I got my album from copa america 2011 and it has different photos… The new photos of the stikers are very good but the album is not… The album dont have the names in it and is poor quality. Roberto have a very good idea with that set of cards… Saludos…
