The Panini America Quality Control Gallery: 2011 Prime Signatures Football (54 Images)

March 26, 2012

Until today, the considerable buzz surrounding next week’s release of 2011 National Treasures Football has served to push 2011 Prime Signatures Football, also releasing next week, just under the radar. But that changes in a big way right now.

I walked into the marketing office this morning to a waiting wealth of football card treasures, one Quality Control case each of National Treasures and Prime Signatures fresh from the Panini America printing facility.

We’ll take a closer look at the National Treasures QC case later this week. But first, we’re going to give the devastatingly good-looking Prime Signatures its due with a 54-image gallery sure to induce a widespread drooling epidemic.

Boasting a to-die-for design that is striking in its simplicity, a generation-spanning checklist, a captivating roster of parallels and one autograph in every pack, 2011 Prime Signatures Football will provide a nice complement to National Treasures when both products hit dealer shelves next week.

But you can enjoy the product’s unbridled beauty right now with the revealing gallery that follows.

    Sweet, sweet Eli!!!!

Some nice stuff again!!!! Really like the card design on these with what appears to be very thick and high gloss.

Solid preview gallery, wish it was released at a different time so it could get more attention than it will due to NT. Still looks to be a solid effort that may sneak up on people later on down the road.

Have a ton of the 2002s; happy this set is making a return. And glad that some unusual guys like Brandon Spikes are in there.

Hudsonfan15 has a point. This product should have been released earlier in the schedule as to not compete with yourselves for the moneys from high-end spenders. As it stands, all my $ is going into National Treasures.

This product looks great with those on-card signatures. Any chance we could be seeing more veteran on-card autographs in the future?

Cut it out with the stickers, especially when if you expect me to buy a product at $15+ per card!

Although we did not hold a formal 2011 Panini Prime Signatures Football CASE BREAK, it was like a case break in my store. Customers bought one box, then another, then came back for more. Results: A. J. Green Auto RC 1/1, Bo Jackson 1/1 Auto Print Plate, Dan Marino Auto 3/5, Peyton Manning Auto 15/18, Jake Locker Auto RC #d/25, Ryan Mallett Auto RC #d/25, Andy Dalton Auto RC, Christian Ponder Auto RC and tons more….

So much great stuff, I couldn’t take pictures of everything.

No Cam Newton Auto RC yet. It’s in the next box????? Second shipment of 2011 Panini Prime Signatures Football due in Tuesday. Third shipment sure to follow soon after that.
