Panini America Drool Gallery: The 92-Card Molson Canadian Stanley Cup Collection
As if of-age Canadian hockey fans didn’t already have enough tasty reasons to pick up considerable quantities of Molson Canadian products, were about to give you 92 more.
The gallery that follows includes every stunning card in the Stanley Cup Collection, a special set honoring every Stanley Cup champion from 1918 through 2011 currently inserted into specially marked cases of Molson Canadian, Coors Light and Molson Export.
Four-card packs of these banner-shaped beauties, complete with vibrant colors and mesmerizing micro-etching, were produced by Panini America for a massive, multi-platform promotion being conducted across Canada by our friends at Molson Canadian in conjunction with the 2012 NHL Playoffs.
Yesterday on The Knight’s Lance, we brought you a complete rundown of the promotion. Today, we bring you the eye candy, every card in a set that will take Canadian consumers an estimated 30 or so cases of fine Molson Canadian products to complete.
Of course, passionate team collectors have discovered a far-less filling alternative on eBay. For the record, a complete 92-card set sold yesterday for $400.

One great reason for me to love this set…my beloved Devils have 3 cards here and my most hated rival, the Flyers have a big fat goose egg!!!! Just reminds me of how great the Devils were in that 10 year span. Yeah!!! Go Devils – Go for #4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With Mr. Brodeur not what he once was, and nearing the end of his playing career, those 3 cups may be the only ones you get…

On the back of the ‘Victory’ cards, it says ‘See your server for details of your prize’… Server? What server? Are the ‘Victory’ cards meant to be given out at restaurants? If a ‘Victory’ card should end up in a ‘retail’ pack, how would one go about ‘claiming’ their prize?

Yeah, the ‘Victory’ cards are supposed to be Franchise cards obtained at Sports Bars and not to be had in the Retail packs.

The team crests on all the cards have dark print on the lower half of the crest and lighter print on the upper half of the crest. At first I thougth that it was a printing mistake, but after examining all of the card crests, they are all like this… Why is the crest print like this? Why not just make them all the same ‘shade’?
Any update on the Victory Cards from Molson’s? I got one the other day and am wondering what to do with it.

Did you get ‘Victory’ at a bar/restaurant? If so, you have to show the card to your server or manager of the establishment… They will give you your prize… If they aren’t sure as to what the prize is, let me know and I’ll get you hooked up…
BTW, do you want to sell ‘Victory’? I’m interested in purchasing it from you…

As I mentioned above, you have to ask the server of the bar that you got the cards at what your prize is… Once you claim your prize(s), would you be interested is selling one, or both of your ‘Victory’ cards?

The victory cards are redeemed at the bar you get them at for some swag (hat, cooly, etc) and an additional pack of the cards.

I won the 5th prize, one of 50, 92 card framed memorabillia, i dont watch hockey nor do i play, had it on for sale. highest bidder wanted to give me 750.00 for it. Any know what the actual value of this may be, and what i may expect to get from it……

Retail value of the framed set of 92 cards, according to Molson, is $400. I’d say that you would be doing VERY well at $750…

i may not be an advid sports fanatic, but i am a very dedicated molson beer drinker, i drank molson-ex when i was in Ontario and Montreal, but they dont sell molson ex in Nova scotia. I love my beer…. and figured why not participate in the contest…….

Think about it… Americans ‘dislike’ (and that is a ‘Polite’ term) us Canadians. Moson is a Canadian company.
$750 for a ‘Canadian’ made item… that our friends south of the border could do them selves (minus the Molson logos) for half the cost? I’m not trying to negetive here… just realistic… One can buy the 92 card set for under $100 + $300 to $400 for framing… that’s $500 bucks…
Wouldn’t the 92 card set look awesome framed in the shape of the Stanley Cup??? That would be frick’n AWESOME!!! I bet it could be done for $500 or less…

Does Panini have any plans to ‘add to’ the 92 card set with a card of the 2012 Stanley Cup winners ‘Los Angeles Kings’, and any future Stanley Cup winners???
I would have another question regarding my winnings…. are the cards going to be like the one from the cases of beers, or at the local drinking hole? or would they be different in someway…..

Nice looking cards. I especially like where they used the logos as they were used at the time. Oh, but just had to be a few exceptions: the 1918 Toronto Arenas logo is missing, instead we get the NHL logo, and not even the NHL logo of 1918. The 1925 Victoria Cougars, no logo, and again today’s horrible NHL logo when the winners weren’t even an NHL team. The worst offender, the 2004 Tampa Bay Lightning. They used their original logo when they won the Cup. That horendous logo that a 5 year old could have done a better job on didn’t debut for another couple of years. Other than those 3, nice set!
i have 5 complete sets all with the victory card and about 4 sets missing under 5 cards just want to know the value of the sets and the victory card i have about 9 of the black victory cards
