Tuesday Tease: Panini America Previews 70 New Images from 2011-12 Dominion QC

September 11, 2012

Panini America NHL brand developers Karvin Cheung and Chris Barr have spent every waking hour of the last four or five days hand-inspecting thousands of collection-making cards — one by one — to make sure they’re ready for insertion into the juggernaut known as 2011-12 Dominion Hockey, which begins packing out next week.

Throughout the time-intensive labor of love that’s taking place off-site at the Panini America production facility, Cheung and Barr have kept us in the loop by sharing via email seemingly countless images of their decadent Dominion discoveries  We showed you some of those gems over the weekend. Today, we bring you so many more.

Included in the massive 70-image gallery below: Some flat-out sick memorabilia cards from the Peerless Patches, Mammoth, Had It Stamped It and Laundry Tags inserts as well as some legendary autographs. Clearly, there’s no better way to spend your Tuesday than by taking in the table-setting sneak peek that follows.

Stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance for additional 2011-12 Dominion Previews in the coming days.

My Jaw just hit the floor! Umm…this has to be some of the most amazing cards these eyes have ever seen. The patches, the tags, the name plates, the autos and the over design is spendid. You guys ever need a box break video made, I would be happy to do it!!! GREAT JOB Panini, thanks for sharing!

Looks like another fantastic product from Panini. The patches and selection is setting a new standard which will be hard to top. Our customers are clamouring to get their hands on this product. I know we can’t wait for it ourselves!!

Love the Saad and Kruger patches (easy when you’ve got the best logo in sports), and the Toews’ stamp. Don’t let my wife see that Sharp tag. If he wore it, she’ll want it.
