We’re now just hours away from the highly anticipated release of Panini America’s 2012 Prizm Football. You’ve seen the previews. You’ve seen the quality control gallery. You’ve seen the results of the first box being busted. What you haven’t seen, until right now, is the special video we shot on location at the Panini America Printing facility showcasing just some of the packout process.

What follows is three and a half minutes of must-see video, rarely seen footage taken right from the production line highlighting 2012 Prizm Football’s Rookie Cards, autographs and the breathtaking Prizms. Enjoy.

Very excited about the release. Most LCS are saying they are sold out. Most of them are on reserve.
    The excitement of Prizm continues.

That was one of the coolest videos I’ve seen lately!! Thank you for the unique video showing us the making of the Prizms. Very cool, and they look tight. Can’t wait, to and I hope to hit some gold refractors. One question, are the green one’s in retail gonna be numbered? Any kind of odds per box, of the green coming out.

Any thoughts on labelling the Prizms like Topps did with the Refractors after it’s first couple of releases. Maybe a “P” on the back to help identify it as a Prizm?

there is a “prizm” logo on the back of the card on the bottom left bewtween the NFL logo and the copyright date

Wow Prizm looks ANAZING! The 1/1 Black looks PHENOMANAL! I’m so excited to rip open some boxes tomorrow hopefully if my LCS has it in. If not tomorrow then Thursday for sure! Keep up the great work Panini!

Hate to say this but as much hype that has gone into these I may put my box up on the secondary market…don’t want to but how can you not with what the profit is likely to be on a pre-order for $100.. Will this get $200? More? The odds of getting autos of TJ Graham and I. Pead with a Gold Prizm of Stephen Jackson are to high. But damn they do look good whoever they may be

Prizmatic brilliance! The bold bright colors of these cards combined with the foil draped beauty is sure something to behold. Its safe to say that Prizim has provided us techni color to our black and white world. I love the cards and adding the black 1/1 s will give us all something to chase. Can’t wait to start running down that dream. Thanks for the glimpse into the manufacturing process. Super stoked about this product
