Panini America Provides Detailed First Look at 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey

November 27, 2013

2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey Main

It’s no real secret that the inaugural release of Panini America’s Totally Certified Hockey was supposed to appear during the 2012-13 NHL season. But when company officials adjusted the product roster to accommodate for the shortened season, Totally Certified was one of the key products impacted. But in late February and at long last, Totally Certified Hockey will become a reality.

Bolstered by the historic #PaniniDoubleRookieClass, not to mention an intoxicating array of colors and trademark microetching, 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey is set to arrive on February 26, 2014 packing many of the attributes you’ve come to expect from the Totally Certified brand in other sports, and others that are gracing the product for the first time.

Each four-pack hobby box (five cards per pack) of 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey will deliver four autograph or memorabilia cards (with at least one autograph guaranteed) and four Rookie Cards or RC parallels. The product also ushers in the company’s first-ever use of etched mirror-foil technology and the hockey introduction of Rookie Slideshow and Rookie Slideshow Autographs inserts.

The product’s true calling cards. however, will most likely be the Mirror parallels (Reds, Blues, Golds and Greens numbered from 25 to only one) and their various autograph and memorabilia versions. We’ll have much more on the premiere edition of 2013-14 Totally Certified Hockey right here on The Knight’s Lance in the coming weeks. But for now, enjoy this first extended sneak peek at the product.

Looks good. Epix card looks wild but the sunbeams should have gone out from eather the Stanley cup at the top or the Certified logo. Cant wait to see some more soon.
Updated the FB with some wild updates. The old Certified logo back in the day was also a stamped foil thing. It gives you that feel without looking.

Solid application of the program to hockey, some of those prime mem cards look great. I bet the mirror greens will really pop especially for teams like the Stars who have green in their colors. Thanks Tracy!
