Panini America Sneaks Peek at the First Few Boxes of 2014 Score Football (Gallery)

May 29, 2014

Panini America 2014 Score Football Retail QC (27)

While most of the Panini America football team is on the ground in Los Angeles taking part in the wall-to-wall activity surrounding the first few days of the 2014 NFLPA Rookie Premiere, the packout process for the highly anticipated 2014 Score Football product has begun back in Texas. But in the spirit of NFLPA Rookie Premiere week and ushering in one of the most promising rookie classes in years, we thought now would be a good time to share some of the first cards off the production line with you.

The revealing gallery that follows includes some of the first live cards from 2014 Score Football, pulled from the first boxes off the production line while the Quality Control process was just minutes old. We’ll have plenty more 2014 Score Football to preview in the coming days right here on The Knight’s Lance. But as the top rookies from the 2014 NFL Draft continue participating in arguably the most important event in the football card universe, we figured seeing the first live NFL Rookies Cards of those players now — as well as so much more from veteran NFL superstars — was only just. Enjoy.

HUGE fan of the parallels and the vertical veteran inserts. great job on those. I’ll keep my mouth shut on the few that I don’t like.

Wow! Very nice and all for $1.99/pack? Therein lies a win, fellow collectors.

The kid Connor Shaw could be Brian Urlacher’s kid brother, looks just like him. Cleveland better hope Shaw plays with Urlacher’s intensity!
Looks like a really fun break, as it is every season!

Not a fan of the photo shopped uniforms for players that switched teams. One of the reasons I still bought Score was that they didn’t do that and used real photographs. Dissapointing.

AWESOME looking product – gonna get a half a case! Any chance that the promise of exchanging all of our old redemptions Rewards Site will be ready on release date? https://paniniamerica.wordpress.com/2014/03/18/panini-america-announces-industrys-first-consumer-rewards-program-at-summit/

    Thank you!

Man…Your graphics guys are top notch! The edits of the players in their new uniforms are almost seamless.

I need to step my game up if I want to work for Panini…

Very happy with what I see here, the blue Reggie Wayne BTN insert is eye-catching to say the least. Thanks Tracy!

Disappointed that this year’s product does not contain the outstanding horizontal action photos that were a terrific component of last years Score. Previously Panini had used this photography in Threads and Gridiron. Will Panini use horizontal action photos in any other product?

What are the odds/print run of the retro rookie green border card like the Brady you have pictured. I have a Luck incoming and can’t find this insert set listed in the odds.

Set with Horizontal and Vertical photos are terrible. Have the whole set go one way or another.
