Panini America Redemption Card Update: Being Fulfilled This Week . . .
The men and women in the Panini America Customer Service department have been working virtually around the clock in recent weeks feverishly fulfilling redemption card requests, and overcoming the short downtime and technical glitches associated with our recent relocation.
While we continue to strive for the nirvana that would accompany a zero-redemption marketplace, rest assured that we’re doing everything in our power to get caught up on those that do exist.
In an effort to keep collectors updated on the status of those redemption cards that are currently being processed at a breakneck clip, we’ll post a list, like the one below, detailing the most recent cards that have been fulfilled.
The following list is by no means complete, but it does let collectors know which redemption cards from which products have been completed or are in the process of being completed this week. We’ll update this list at least once a week — and more frequently if possible – in the coming days.

Do we know when John Wall redemptions will be processed? There are already on card autos of his out and I can’t get my card that came out in October? Why is that?

Nice to see another update. Finally one of my cards is on the list. I submitted an inquiry with Customer service asking about my 25+ redemption’s and still have not gotten a response. I understand working on ones that you are just receiving but what about cards that have been live for over a year now? I imagine Kobe has signed all 4 cards I am waiting on…..I hope:)
WoW Tracy…is that Limited ‘Derek Stepan” on top of this page My “one of One” that i redeemed….Please say it is…Pleeeeeeaaaaasssssseeeeee…lol. I’m not too thrilled to see Eric Berry auto redemptions for Plates and Patches (very recent product) being distributed before the Eric Berry Score Hot Rookies autos from 6 months ago which I sent in about then. Something is really wrong when that happens. Otherwise, I’m glad to see redemptions finally coming around. I’m still waiting on 4 from at least 3 to 4 months ago and they are not on that list. UGHHHHH!

Waiting on Jeff Skinner auto and I noticed from your December “Who’s autos just arrived” that you have had the Willa Ford autos in since December and still not sent out – 4 months delay from getting the autos .. just that I have the card sold and my buyer is wondering whuts up since she saw the blog that the auto was received.

Thanks for the update Tracy – you seem to be the only person giving any type of update – not trying to diss anyone but I’ve sent 2 requests for a Certified Hockey redemption replacement over the past 2 weeks and left a message on the voicemail and it said I would get a a call back in 24 hours – I have gotten no email responses – both are over a week old and the voicemail was left Tuesday- too bad it is not for one of the cards above and then I wouldn’t care. Anyway keep those cards coming in the mail.

It is discouraging to see so few hockey names up there. Panini has done a great job this year with hockey, really taken it to Upper Deck. The one big issue I have had is with the number of redemptions. I almost hope not to open an auto because it seems in some sets they are almost 25 or 30% to be redemption (looking at you Crown Royale and Limited). But it is the nature of the beast, thanks for putting out such a great product otherwise.
I do have two specific questions: Has Alexander Burmistrov signed for Certified Rookie Showcase? Also, I have seen images of Jay Miller’s tough times autos out of Donruss, but have yet to hear anything regarding my request. Thanks for any help.

I am glad to see Ryan Matthews on the list, I have a question that I would really appreciate a response to, if possible-I put in my code for the Mathews FF /50-it said it was sucsessfull and that I would get an E-mail of the request and any available info “shortly” …this was 3 weeks ago and I am worried because i did not get any confirmation / recipt e-mail,like it said i would when i put in the code-Is this normal? Do I need something else? I relaize the card will take a while – I just want to know why i have not gotten any E-mail like it said i would- This is my first Panini redemption and I just want to make sure I did it right- No e-mail “shortly” has me worried-PLEASE RESPOND IF POSSIBLE-thank you Ron H

can we stop with the nonsense of “our workers are working around the clock”? The number of redemptions in the last couple of hockey products has been inexcusable. We don’t need to keep hearing about how hard you guys are working to get these redemptions out, just get the things out in a timely manner.

hey tracy any diea if and when the jonathan dwyer plates and patches card wil be produced and if so am i gonna get stuck with a 1 color patch card . to me a 1 color patch isnt exactally prime

What product did you pull the Palmieri from? As for the “blank white thick card” you speak of, that’s what’s commonly referred to as a decoy card, inserted at random to discourage the unsavory practice of pack-searching.
i pulled it from a 2010-2011 certified package with a blank white card with it and i was wondering what it was

How far backed up are the redemptions right now?
I have one that is from back in December 2010, and the last I heard when I called in over the phone in Febuary I was told that the card hasn’t been received back by the player yet (which made some sense since he played in the superbowl). Has there been any change on that? I too have never received an email update reguarding where abouts.
My redeption is a 2010 Panini Certified Fabric of the Game Jersey Number Prime Signatures of player Troy Polamalu, and as a Steelers fan, I want this card and not a replacement so I can be patient, and wait, I just wonder how long can it take?
On my side of the computer, it’s still an open request.
