Panini America 2014 National Treasures Football Pre-Ink Peek (4)

While hundreds of millions of people around the world are preparing to watch must-see TV of the highest order later today when the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks battle it out in Super Bowl XLIX, the waiting until kickoff can often prove to be the hardest part. With overcoming the next four hours until game time our main priority at this point, we think we have just the thing to get you through.

In the gallery that follows, we’re bringing you the world-premiere first look at finished cards from Panini America’s upcoming 2014 National Treasures Football. The cards featured in the gallery below were delivered hot off the presses to Panini America HQ early last week and almost immediately began being prepared for expedited shipment to the players on the cards to receive on-card autographs. But before they were unpacked, counted, cataloged, QC’d and repacked, we took as many pre-ink pics as we could.

Bolstered by one of the most spectacular rookie classes in recent memory, 2014 National Treasures Football looks to be even more of a juggernaut than usual — and that’s why we encourage you to spend some quality time between now and kickoff of Super Bowl XLIX to survey the goods for yourself. Enjoy this fascinating first look and be sure to check out the Panini America Twitter handle today to participate in a special Super Bowl edition of #PaniniWildCard.

Now, to the eye candy . . .

These look very nice this year.

with that patch and being 12/99, definitely the wrong NE quarterback on that card.
is this the first time the new Jags logo has appeared in a patch window?

For fans/collectors of the 30 teams not involved in tonight’s big game, this may be the biggest news of the day! What a stellar gallery and design, can’t wait for the finished product on these and more from NT in the coming weeks. Thanks Tracy!

Stunning patches, there are Aaron Murray and Mike Evans patches that could knock you into hobby unconsciousness if you’re not prepared when opening a pack containing one.
