Panini America Peeks the Elements Insert from the Upcoming 2012 Father’s Day Set

May 28, 2012

Yesterday over on the Panini America Facebook page, we polled folks to see what they would most like to see today on The Knight’s Lance: A preview of the 15-card Tim Tebow insert set coming to 2012 Prestige Football or a preview of the 10-card Elements insert coming to our 2012 Father’s Day set.

By a landslide, voters chose to see Elements, a stunning, photography-based chase sure to have NFL, NHL and NBA collectors buzzing when the Panini America Father’s Day 2012 promotion kicks off in just a few weeks.

“I wanted to include some unique imagery in Elements that might not otherwise make it into one of our traditional releases,” said Panini America Marketing Manager Scott Prusha, the person tasked with building Panini America’s promotional sets. “Jeff Olson and everyone in our photo department did a fantastic job of selecting the kind of photos that will make Elements stand out.”

But don’t just take Prusha’s word for it. Check it out for yourself right now:

A few of those cards are really cool and really show some of the Elements in the game especially the Hall one where he split his head open”OUCH”…….Should have shown a few blocked shots and their facial expression as that is what most players have been doing this Stanley Cup playoff race sacrificing their bodies………

–Man o’ Man this stuff looks great!
–Great player selection, as half of these guys have played 12 plus years for “fathers who have collected these future hall-of-famers over the past decade” (Jagr, Brodeur, Urlacher, Brady, Kobe Bryant)
–As always great work by Scotty, Jeff, Tracy and the entire Panini Team.

Good point. Hard to REALLY do elements indoors. We need the NBA to play a winter game outdoors next season!

Only in Southern California or Miami, but not up in Toronto!
Speaking of Canada, any word if the Father’s day promotion is coming up here? I spoke to 2 local card shops and they had not even heard about it! I missed out on “Black Friday” too!
