Inside Immaculate: Panini America Readies 2014-15 Immaculate Basketball for Release

April 15, 2015

Panini America 2014-15 Immaculate Basketball In Progress (4)

Let the buildup begin. Panini America’s 2014-15 Immaculate Basketball is coming. In fact, packout for the newest installment of one of the hobby’s most powerful brands begins in earnest on Friday. But until then, there’s still time for Panini America HQ to receive some late-arriving autographs for insertion into the product. In that regard, the last few days have been huge.

Kevin Durant. John Wall. Stephen Curry. Steve Nash. Robert Horry. James Worthy. That immaculate collection of names represents the short list of autograph signers who’ve returned their on-card Immaculate gems in recent days. Add the following eye candy to the star-studded roster of previously previewed cards coming to the product and you’ll start to understand why 2014-15 Immaculate Basketball is shaping up to be a bona fide blockbuster.

We’ll have plenty more to preview in the coming days once packout begins. But today, sit back and enjoy Immaculate’s newest returns.

    Hey Tracy,
Is the new pushed back release date may 6th this year? Love some of the current previews but when will we get a chance to see the sneaker cards and the jumbo patches? Are there any special uniform inclusions like shaq’s 94 all star jersey?

    thanks

The Hall of Fame enshrinement plaquard cards are stunning, you guys already have giant heads from collectors waxing poetic about the brand checklist and rookie cards. However, the statistical significance cards are also world of beauty and historic significance. And THAT, my collector friends, is what separates Panini from the other company that used to be “Topps” in the hobby. Panini is constantly reinventing brands and insert lines, where other manufacturers move at a pace best timed with a sundial, on a geological time-scale.
    Gorgeous lineup! Thanks, Tracy!

Looks excellent so far, the on card auto + oversized prime mem subset really stands out. Thanks Tracy!
